Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using Nova - Universal Agent Forge ("Nova", "the Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Beta Program

Nova is currently offered as a beta product. This means:

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• Features, APIs, and data structures may change or be removed at any time.
• We may experience downtime, data loss, or unexpected behaviour.
• You must not store production data, sensitive personal data, financial records, medical records, or any data where loss or exposure would cause harm.
• Beta access may be revoked at any time without notice.

3. Bugs, Defects & Unintended Behaviour

As beta software, Nova may contain bugs, defects, incomplete features, and unintended behaviours. You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• AI agents may produce incorrect, misleading, or harmful outputs. LLM-based reasoning is non-deterministic — the same input may yield different results on each run.
• Workflows and automations may execute in an unexpected or unintended sequence, trigger unintended API calls to connected third-party services, or loop indefinitely.
• Defects in the orchestration engine may cause agents to take actions beyond the scope you intended, including modifying or deleting data in connected systems.
• The Platform may crash, hang, lose in-flight execution state, or return corrupted results without warning.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all agent outputs before acting on them. Do not use agent outputs to make financial, medical, legal, or safety-critical decisions.
• We strongly recommend testing all agents in an isolated, sandboxed environment before connecting them to any production or real-world data sources.

If you encounter a bug or unintended behaviour, please report it to nova@roaiq.com so we can investigate.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at nova@roaiq.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
• Store or process data you do not have the right to use.
• Use the Platform to build AI agents that violate applicable laws.
• Resell or sublicence access to the Platform without written consent.

6. LLM API Keys & Data

You may connect your own LLM provider API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.) to Nova. These keys are encrypted at rest using AES-256. Nova does not use your API keys for any purpose other than executing the agents you configure. You are responsible for the costs incurred against your LLM provider accounts.

7. Intellectual Property

Nova and all associated software, designs, and documentation are the intellectual property of Roaiq and its contributors. You retain ownership of any content or workflows you create using the Platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, FREE OF DEFECTS, OR THAT AI AGENT OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SEE SECTION 3 FOR A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF KNOWN RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH BUGS AND UNINTENDED BEHAVIOURS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROAIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING DATA LOSS. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR $0 FOR FREEMIUM USERS).

10. Privacy

We collect minimal data necessary to operate the Platform. We do not sell your data to third parties. For questions about data handling, contact us at nova@roaiq.com.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
